Project Management 101
Resilience Fund

This course will walk you through the fundamentals of project management using insights from the Project Management Institute Standard for Project Management manual. 

The course isn’t just for project managers—it’s for anyone who plays a role in delivering projects (including but not limited to project officers, consultants, educators, sponsors, stakeholders). It will outline the main concepts and key terms of project management and the guiding principles and behaviors that lead to successful outcomes.

Este curso te guiará a través de los fundamentos de la gestión de proyectos utilizando los conocimientos que se recogen en el manual «Estándar para la gestión de proyectos» del Project Management Institute.

El curso no está dirigido únicamente a gestores de proyectos, sino a cualquier persona que participe en la ejecución de proyectos (entre otros, responsables de proyectos, consultores, formadores, patrocinadores y partes interesadas).
